The objectives of Sun Chemical Europe's Heatset Team are to answer printers' needs and expectations, and translate them into new, improved technology products. This is generally achieved in their Eurolab facility near Frankfurt. They also aim to make consistent production and delivery from its state of the art Osterode plant near Hannover, Germany. These are currently achieved through our platform technology of ink: PrintEasy®.
Beyond this, we have developed a step-by-step productivity improvement programme, called ISIS™, which aims to help Heatset printers drive down Total Cost to Print™. The latest development is a piece of an integrated workflow and productivity software, PEPS®, which automates and controls job treatment and key performance index measurement.
