All major manufacturing locations have implemented vendor control systems.

K&M operates local branch and on-site technical service laboratories to serve our customers best. Each lab is designed to offer complete technical support to a particular area. These labs customize R&D concepts to exact local printing requirements, evaluate existing conditions at customer locations, explore opportunities for improvement, and provide reports recommending partnership opportunities to enhance performance. Field specialists visit pressroom after pressroom, helping customers address technical issues. The same specialists offer on-site training.
