PARSIPPANY, N.J., U.S.A. – October 29, 2012 – Sun Chemical received the Supplier Flexibility and Quality Excellence Award from NCR Corporation during the company’s annual global supplier conference held on October 9 in Atlanta.

One of 90 suppliers present at the conference, Sun Chemical was recognized for helping NCR find new ways to save on costs by installing dispensing equipment at NCR Corporation’s Morristown, Tenn. facility, and providing technical service on-site to dispense ink on demand.

A global supplier of cash register receipts to retail, financial, travel, hospitality and other industries, NCR prints content on the backside of the receipts at retail locations and fast food restaurants. Sun Chemical provides in-plant technical service to NCR by providing the color-matching of inks, blending the colors on-site, and managing inventory.
