Sun Chemical wins BPIF Customer Service Excellence Award
WEXHAM SPRINGS, UK – 19 September 2012 – Sun Chemical is delighted to announce that its UK & Ireland Customer Service Centre, based in Trafford Park, has been awarded the 2012 Customer Service Excellence Award by the British Printing Industries Federation (BPIF). Three other companies were also short-listed for the award. The BPIF awards are intended to reward and showcase the most innovative and creative companies across the print media spectrum and are recognised as the benchmark for business acumen in the print sector.
The Award Presentation took place on Thursday, 13 September 2012, in London, and there to collect the award on behalf of the Customer Services team (pictured below left to right) were Peter Hicks (Customer Services Manager), Lesley Moston and Nicola Aspinall (both Team Leaders) and Beverley Blevins (Customer Service Projects Manager). Beverley Blevins said “this is a fantastic achievement and a tribute to the commitment and dedication of everyone in the Customer Service Team. They have all worked extremely hard to make the centre what it is today – a truly efficient and customer-focused operation of which we are very proud.”
