The 4-ply DIAMOND PRINT™ blanket is a technological advancement for the printing industry. Not only is it a high quality printing blanket, it can also be used as a strippable blanket for coating applications. In addition to printing with conventional inks, the Diamond Print™ blanket also enables today's printers to run UV and Hybrid UV inking systems.
The carcass of the blanket is constructed of the highest quality fabrics bonded together with a .020" compressible layer to ensure better control of register, while providing added durability and life. The special compounding and finishing of the face rubber allows it to transfer ink more accurately, thus reducing dot gain and piling, while also making wash-ups easier.
