Dead Unit Compound

Description
DEAD UNIT COMPOUND is intended for use on rollers running without ink to prevent them from burning and swelling.   It is also effective when running half-webs when no ink is being applied.   DEAD UNIT COMPOUND prevents friction burn and swelling of rollers on idle units of multi-unit presses.   It blends perfectly with inks and will not cause tinting or scumming on plates.

Directions for Use
Apply DEAD UNIT COMPOUND to non-printing areas of the roller train to avoid roller burn-up.
