Vivitek Presents New Web Conditioner at Graph Expo; MicroSurf® Designed to Improve Press Delivery
Fort Lee, NJ
- September 29, 2003 -- VivitekTM will introduce MagniTekTM MicroSurfTM, a new non-silicone based web conditioner designed to improve press delivery and eliminate the need for silicone and anti-stat, at Graph Expo 2003 to be held Sept. 28 to Oct. 1 in Chicago.
MagniTek’s MicroSurf and MicroSurf EX advanced, water-based formulas eliminate silicone streaking, deliver superior slip through web delivery systems while allowing trouble free skid bundling. MagniTek MicroSurf delivers improved gloss and eliminates or minimizes static without costly addition of anti-stats. It also provides proper web conditioning to prevent or reduce marking and ink smearing while many times delivering cost savings to the printer.
"This product is a one-step solution that has consistently proven to effectively neutralize static without the addition of anti-stat, while at the same time improving performance through the delivery system and eliminating silicone streaking," said a large Southeast commercial web printer with multiple presses. "It provides better printing efficiency and reduces costs."
More information about MagniTek MicroSurf and MagniTek MicroSurf EX can be found by contacting your local Sun Chemical sales representative.
