Sun Chemical Performance Pigments Launches Redesigned 'Customer-centric' Web Site
Cincinnati, OH
- July 19, 2005 -- Performance Pigments today unveiled its newly redesigned company website. The URL remains the same as the previous site: www.sunpigments.com, but the content and features are vastly improved.
The global Web site redesign is part of a corporate initiative to build Sun Chemical's brand identity. Through the new Web site, Performance Pigments' looks to achieve better communication with current and potential customers.
"The new website is designed to be both interactive and customer friendly at the same time," said Ed Faulkner, director of product management and communication for Performance Pigments. "With dynamically rotating content and images, the site conveys unique and informative information to the user with each visit," he said.
The site's Library section is especially customer-centric. After scrolling through the various product segments, customers can browse through and request specific product literature through an online request form. In addition, the new site houses downloadable regulatory and technical information; customers can conveniently search for Performance Pigments' products in the "Material Safety Data Sheet Search" and the "Technical Data Sheet Search" functions by application, product code, trade name or Colour Index name.
Another area of interest for visitors is the Cosmetics section, which interactively displays formulations and color representations for blush, lipstick, eye shadow and nail lacquer.
