RJA Dispersions PONPGDA

D3400 series are dispersions in PONPGDA (CAS Number 84170-74-1) for uv-curable systems. The D3400 dispersions in PONPGDA are usually at 25% except for the coventional white which contains up to 75% white by weight. The approved dispersions are listed below with brief descriptions, typical viscosities (cps at 25 C), and typical mean particle size (nM) measured by dynamic light scattering (dls). These values are typical but should not be considered as specifications. The dispersions have passed our 8-week stability tests in monomer. Vehicle additives and solvents can interfere with stability. If our dispersions are not stable in your vehicle, feel free to contact us to develop dispersions to be compatible with your vehicle. We offer some dispersions in a newer dispersant package or offer a second pigment. These are noted by the numbers. The third digit is the dispersant package and the last digit refers to the pigment. If you use dispersions with both dispersant package you need to confirm that there is no incompatibility between the two.

*These concentrates can body up with time. Dilutions in PONPGDA to 5% pigment or less are extremely stable, however.
