Sun Chemical Showcases Full Digital Portfolio at PRINTING United Expo 2025

PARSIPPANY, N.J., U.S.A.  – October 22, 2025 – Sun Chemical presents its comprehensive portfolio of solutions for graphics, textiles and industrial print applications under the theme “Experience. Transformation.” this week at PRINTING United Expo 2025, from October 22-24 in Orlando, Fla.

Wide Format and Super Wide Format Graphics

Sun Chemical is featuring a range of wide format digital inks engineered for image quality, versatility and durability. Offerings to view at the show feature Sun Chemical’s Streamline ink series, including eco-solvent and aqueous ink solutions:

  • Streamline Toccata aqueous inks for poster printing and corrugated display applications offer a sustainable water-based ink technology with high color strength and fast drying. Newly launched in 2025, this will be the first showcase of the technology in the U.S.
  • The Streamline range of eco-solvent inks is also on display, offering low-odor and GREENGUARD Gold certification, with updates to the Streamline ESL 2 and Ultima inks highlighted for compatibility with Epson i3200 and Brother printheads.
  • Sun Chemical is also presenting new UV ink technology for low viscosity printheads, such as the Epson i3200. Adding to Sun Chemical’s UV technology portfolio, this ink range will include CMYK, white and varnish and is a low viscosity formula that requires no heating within the printer. Targeting graphics and UV direct-to-film (DTF) markets, Sun Chemical invites customers interested in the technology to discuss options during the exhibition.

Textile Inks

Supporting the growth of digital textile printing in the North American market, Sun Chemical presents its portfolio of digital textile inks, including water-based sublimation inks for textiles, pigmented inks for a variety of textile substrates and DTF inks. Solutions on display include:

  • ElvaJet Opal SB sublimation inks designed for low viscosity printheads and developed for consistent color strength and high quality print on low-weight papers.
  • ElvaJet Topaz SC advanced sublimation inks for transfer paper or direct polyester applications, offering superior edge definition, exceptional color quality and reduced environmental impact through efficient ink release.
  • Xennia Sapphire pigmented textile inks for use with a variety of fabric types, high fastness and waste reduction through eco-conscious design.
  • Xennia Jade inks engineered for DTF printers that require low maintenance while producing vibrant colors on dark substrates with exceptional durability, abrasion resistance and lasting performance.

Industrial Solutions

Sun Chemical’s solutions for industrial printing address specialized markets including packaging, décor and functional applications.

  • The SunJet range of UV and water-based ink technologies is showcased at the expo. A strategic ink partner, SunJet works with OEMs to optimize solutions for markets, including direct-to-object, packaging and industrial decoration printing.
  • SEPAREL for inkjet applications, a significant advancement in degassing technology developed by DIC Corporation, is also on display. These modules facilitate optimal ink performance by ensuring minimal pressure loss and compact size.
