Dye sublimation transfer inks for Epson DX 4/5 printheads, reactive dye inks for Epson DX 4 & DX 5 print heads

SunTex Sonata DTE is a range of dye sublimation transfer inks designed for popular wide format textile inkjet printer models such as Mutoh and Roland, using DX4/5 print heads. Sonata DTE offers a wide colour gamut for transfer print onto polyester fabrics or mixed fabrics containing minimum 80% polyester.

Sonata DTE is supplied in CMYK, Lc, Lm along with optional fluorescent pink and yellow inks.

Sonata DTE offers fast drying properties to enable higher print speeds and productivity without risk of ink blocking. Sonata DTE also offers excellent wash fastness and light fastness, matching the performance of leading brands in the market. Sonata DTE is available in 1 litre bottles for simple use with high volume ink feed systems supplied with textile inkjet printers

Processing

Suitable for heat drying processing. A transfer time of 30 – 60 seconds at a
temperature range between 165 – 200 °C is recommended for optimum fixation.
This delivers maximum colour vibrancy and fastness.

• Indoor durability of 12 months with polyester textiles (6 months for outdoors)

• 12 month ink shelf life from the date of manufacture
