Visitors of stand #3.1K80 will learn about the recently launched SUNFOODSTM Natural Colorants product line which was developed in response to the ever-increasing demand for naturally derived colorants in the marketplace. The portfolio has expanded to include SUNFOODS™ Iron Oxides, which features a rainbow of natural color solutions high in purity, performance and color stability.

Also on display will be Sun Chemical’s Spirulina, a blue-green algae that is an ideal supplement for a balanced diet and an increasingly popular functional food ingredient. Developed to meet the specific needs of the food industry and verified for printing directly onto food, Sun Chemical’s range of edible inks were created to offer outstanding color and sharpness, while also complying with the highest levels of quality and safety regulations. Whether looking to personalize cookies, fondant sheets, chips or even finished cakes, these compliant digital inks allow for the print-on-demand solutions that today’s consumers demand.
