California Grown Spirulina

California Grown Spirulina Provides Nutritional Enhancements

Spirulina (arthrospira plantensis) is a microscopic blue-green algae comprised of filaments approximately 0.5mm in length. Under a microscope, spirulina appears as a mass of spirals, hence its name. Rich in more than 50 vitamins, minerals, amino acids as well as in protein, dietary fiber and unsaturated fatty acids, spirulina can also be easily digested. That’s why it has earned a reputation as a superfood.

Highest Quality & Safety

We only use spirulina species that are superior in safety and quality. Our spirulina has been researched at universities, hospitals, and public institutions to confirm its high standards. It is certified FSSC22000, ISO9001 (international standard of the guarantee of quality), HACCP (general hygiene management production system), cGMP (appropriate production model) and goes through a rigorous quality control system.

Minimizing Global Supply Chain Volatility

We understand there is uncertainty with global supply chains. The volatility is increasing more than ever with the changing global policies, natural disasters, and current pandemic.

Together with DIC, we have access to microalgae farms, which are strategically located in China and the United States. These two sites assure the consistent supply of premium quality spirulina to help meet your global requirements.
