Government of Canada Introduces Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL)

Due to the Canadian Anti Spam Law (CASL) which goes into effect July 1^st, 2014, in an attempt to create an easier process for Canadian based consumers, we created this page on our website to grant us electronic media contact permission.

Legitimate businesses that use email to market their products to Canadians should not be negatively impacted by this law. The consent to allow for electronic media marketing is based on a consumer opt-in approach, which stipulates that businesses must get consent prior to sending commercial email or have a pre-existing business relationship with a consumer.
